A RICH BLACK COCOA SPONGE WITH OREO FROSTING, DECORATED WITH A MILK CHOCOLATE DRIP, OREO BISCUITS & CRUMB.
INGREDIENTS-
WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG, BUTTER, black cocoa powder, cocoa powder, cocoa, mass, cocoa butter, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, WHEAT Starch, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raising Agents (Potassium Carbonates, Ammonium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates), Salt, Emulsifiers (SOYA Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring, WHOLE MILK.
*WE ARE NOT A NUT FREE KITCHEN.
SIZE GUIDE-
6INCH SERVES - 10-20
8INCH SERVES - 15-30
SMALL 2 TIER SERVES (7 & 5 INCH) - 20-40
LARGE 2 TIER SERVES (8 & 6 INCH) - 25-50
These serving sizes are bases on generous wedge slices of cake like we serve on our cake trailer but, it is absolutely possible to serve more if cut each wedge is cut in half as each cake has 4 layers of sponge.
STORE CAKES- Slices can be wrapped with cling film & refrigerated in an air tight container for 5-7 days, or frozen for upto 3 months.
