When you order an OH MY CAKERY treat we want it to get to you as fresh as possible. We are currently working with ROYAL MAIL on a 24hr TRACKED delivery service. Your product will be made as close to the date it is selected for as possible and then sent out on a £5.19 24hr Tracked delivery service. Please note this does not include a Sunday delivery & also excludes bank holidays.

Please note once boxes have left the cakery we are no longer accountable for them & cannot offer refunds for any parcels lost. Boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox. Due to local delays in the royal mail service delivery may take longer than usual

It is not the obligation of the cakery to check the addresses entered by the customer, if an error occurs please email us at theteam@ohmycakery.com , if the address is not recognised by the ROYAL MAIL website we will call to check if all information is accurate.

No refunds will occur if a customer has entered an address inaccurately, the error has gone undetected & the parcel has been sent or if a customer has missed the delivery of their parcel. ROYAL MAIL will send notifications via your email/mobile number you have given us, if delivery is missed they will try for a second time the following day & if missed again the parcel is held at your local depo for you to collect.

Collections

We currently only allow collections for none postable items ie cakes, we are a home based business and will only give our address to customers who have ordered and paid in full, the week when the cake is due to be collected.
